Hoop it up!

According to a research from University of Wisconsin, hula hooping may be one of the best simple workouts you can do at home.  Hooping burns an average of seven calories per minute, which is almost the same as doing very brisk walking, boot camp, and step aerobics.  Burning 420 calories per hour at home hooping while watching TV?  Why not?
